Workshop Title: Collaborative Painting: Lyrical Line
You will be painting collaboratively with artist Salma Arastu and other participants to create four paintings with Qur’anic verses related to unity, peace, freedom, or love using painted Arabic calligraphy she calls “Lyrical Line”. You will contribute to the creation of the artwork by writing or painting your own expressions in Arabic or your own language and style. No previous painting experience required.
