These seven young singers love Arabic music and are proud of their cultural heritage.  They have been working very hard to perfect their Arabic pronunciation, voices and musicianship under the guidance of Moroccan musician and singer Younes El-Makboul, himself a virtuoso violinist, ‘oudist and percussionist.

Their repertoire, sung in solo and in ensemble, includes songs by beloved singers Fairuz, Abdel Halim Hafez, and Sayyid Darwish. They will also be performing songs from Palestine as well as a Palestinian Dabke.
